ya that will more than accommodate 37s while in 4L, but as mentioned above when you get the funding you should get your thirds fixed up with at least 4.88s... 5.29s preferably if your gonna run that big a tire with that 22r.  I have a 3rz and 5.29 and i notice my 38s quite a bit.
If i'm gonna go thru the trouble of swapping gear's i'm gonna go with 5.29's. I'm gonna be going down to a 35 once LTB's come back out in September, 40's if I can get it 3 linked in the fornt and 4 linked in the rear by then. All depend's on funding tho.
