RCLT ALIGNMENT

Hello all! New here and can't find the answers I'm looking for. If there is already a thread for this topic, could someone point me in the right direction? I just installed the RCLT HD +3.5" on my 2006 tacoma with the recommended steering rack upgrade. Took it for an alignment today and it still drives like crap. After a turn it still won't self align, it's harder than usual to turn the steering wheel, and where ever I point it it goes and does not self correct.  All the numbers for caster, camber and toe are within spec per MC. However there are 2 numbers that are not within spec, SAI and included angle. I'm pretty sure neither of those to can be adjusted but that SAI is responsible for steering return. Does anyone know how to fix it to make it drive better and have some steering return? I have attached the numbers from the alignment shop for reference.

I know very little about the RCLT suspension, only what has been posted here from time to time.

I’m just curious…. What does the RCLT do?

Typically, on an off-road vehicle, an aftermarket or modification of the factory suspension would be to increase a specific ability or abilities of the system, e.g. larger tire sizes, vehicle height, and articulation.

I do know, having followed NASCAR for a long time, that the suspension design of a vehicle is critical to its performance. Engine power will not make up for an inadequately designed suspension system.

I assume that the level of sophistication of a suspension design of a rock crawler may not be as critical as a NASCAR or Formula One race vehicle.
However, the system must work as well on-road as it does off-road if it’s installed on a daily driver.

The number of hours that would go into the geometry of a suspension design, starting with a CAD system, must be HUGE!

Included angle is SAI plus Caster. It looks like if the included able is not matched then it can pull at slower speeds. Your setup looks to be about a degrees off, but I have no idea if that’s significant or negligible.

I’d reach out to Marlin Crawler directly. They should be the experts.
