Well I am selling my dream project to keep the family going while I am unemployed. It started life as a 1991 4runner and I cut out each spot weld on both front ends and welded the 1994 Toyota Surf front clip to the cab. The work was well done as I had my great Friend Sean Ramage from Empire Fabrications assist and weld this third conversion up. As I said this was his third RHD Toyota conversion. I also used the correct Toyota automotive seam sealant to seal the seams and welded areas. I did this the right way and it looks factory.
The frame has been cleaned and prepared for a solid axle in front and had all the rear coil suspension removed on the rear for the leaf spring conversion. The 4runner also has the RHD steering box as well as the RHD High steer setup from Sky Manufacturing. The wiring will either have to be used from the original 4runner body and engine or get another RHD original from a country with Toyota Surf's as the one that was in the front clip I bought had been cut to use on the diesel engine. I have the 4runner on a non op and has no back fees. I am selling just the body, interior, and frame because I am going to use the suspension and drivetrain for another project in the future. I am asking $900 or trade for a 1st generation 4runner in a reasonable condition.
