85 4runner Clutch hard line
« on: Jan 31, 2015, 07:11:23 PM »
Hi guys.  New to this forum.  85 4runner. Had a leaky clutch slave cylinder and a soft line with a pin hole.  Got replacements parts from Marlin. When removing the soft line, the upper connection to the hardline was rusted tight.  All attempts to get the joint loose failed. In manic frustration I cut the hard line to remove the b*tch. So now what?  Should I get a replacement hard line and snake it back into place?  Should I (can I) order a replacement custom stainless steel brake line and not even bother with the hard line?  Should I get the hard line repaired? Any suggestions would be helpful.  Thanks.

Wow. Thanks.  Looks sweet.  Said it uses a banjo fitting on the master side.  I'll have to adapt this?
