Back to building a new truck after a few years without a real wheeler. I sold a X Chassis 5 years ago and have missed it since I sold it. I had a 85 4 runner   before I had built 10 years ago and sold it to buy the buggy I wheeled for a few years. After wheeling Johnson Valley for a few years it got a bit spendy $$ so I took a break from hardcore wheelin. Had a 67 Bronco for a while but traded it 2 or three years ago for two trucks that got traded again for cash and my old 85 4 Runner parts.
My new build is a 92 short bed standerd cab 22re with the drivetrain from my old 85 ( i bought back 2 years ago ) that had Hi pinion, 4.88, Detroits, Bobby Long 30s, dowelled hubs, IFS roters and v6 calipers. I just got 6 shooter knuckles and trunion eleminators (that were not available when I built the 4 Runner) to finish the front. V6 rear with Detroit, Discs, and Poly Performance shafts. Duel Marlin Cases with 4.7 and 2.2, Marlin twin stick. Frontrange crossmember. 5" long travel springs. On 35 BFGs and 15's untill I can aford 37s and 17" beadlocks or if anyone might have good used 37's on 17's for sale let me know. I'm in So Cal. Going to run my 9000 Warn in front and make a setup for my 9.5 in the rear.
Not sure why I have not joined Marlins board yet. I guess I'm just not much of a computer guy. Seems like everyone here is much cooler here than Pirate.
Big Mike and Marlin are down to earth cool ass wheelin people and have been way helpfull over the years. I guess it reflects on there board. I've learned to buy from them as much as posible. I purchased a vss on line today and just recieved a email that it will be here tomorrow. THATS SERVICE !!  :turtle: :clap2:
SO HOWDY !!!!

Was going to post pics of my old rig but I just cant seem to figure it out. Can somone fill me in on what im doing wrong here ?

IIRC, there is a minimum number of posts required to post a pic, then you are also limited to a maximum pic size.  If you use a host site such as photobucket.com(it is a free site), then you can link your pics to your post, w/o being limited to "x" size, or a minimum number of posts.

I'm not real good with computer related stuff

If you use the IMG code for posting in a forum, your post will have the pic instead of the link.

When you paste the code in your text it will look like this

Now that I have the pic thing figured out. I thought I'd share a few old ones of the 04 JV Jambo.

The Sammi went down it after my buddy Tim broke a rear shaft, took it out and went down. His buggy was a little longer wb with a working front thankfully pulling it off.
You'd think Blazer guy would have taken the hint to move back a bit. We even asked him to. 4/25/04
