How about adding a poll to this thread or start a new "official" MCR thread with a voting poll?  Does this forum have that capability?

I'm new to the west coast and would like to attend, but the first weekend in September is likely a no-go for me.

Update on this guys. Currently the date is set for August 23rd, however we are still waiting on confirmation. If this does not work -- remember we are trying to move the event before school starts to get more family participation -- then we will have to revert back to the 2nd Sat of September (which would be Sept 13).

We are really pushing for August 23, but because this date is not confirmed yet, we cannot announce any more info. I called the people in charge yesterday and we are hoping to get an answer within the next couple of weeks.

its only been two weeks sinse i asked last time and we were already supposed to know two weeks before that... :shake

work is putting the pressure on to submit holidays..  i gotta tell them something soon or i might not be able to get the time off...  the wife and i really want to make this event again..
