where or what do I find or get a speedometer block off plate for the gear driven(lefty) T/C ? thanks

If I understand your question.

I'd just make my own. A little sheetmetal, silicone, and bolt/screw. If that doesn't work, just put in the speedometer hookup, depending on the year or T/Case, and cut the ends off.
