Those big old iroks could be the problem. Put the rears up front and see if it follows.

could consider verifying your driveline is balanced, and hows your pinion angle?

Does this happen on all roads or just certain stretches? I have hopping issues on the old sections of the I-110 from downtown L.A. to the I-105 and then on the I-10 towards Palm Springs.

no it happens when i reach a certain speed on the highway...and yes my driveline is balanced and the angle is good...when my truck was stock length it did the same thing now i've bobbed it 25" and its still happening. had the driveline redone just to make sure it was balanced well. im just thinking its jus too lite back there

Try pulling the rear shocks and see how it feels.   I think the bilsteins that TG sells are valved too stiff for the rear of a Toyota. Mine seems to do the same thing until I toss a bunch of weight in the bed.   I recently moved my rear shocks around so they were at more of an angle and it seemed to help a little.

That was going to be my next suggestion and maybe springs. I can't tell from your avatar but are you still IFS or SAS'd? I had to soften the front on my 4Runner IFS, the stiffer front was causing some front bounce when I put the softer rear springs.
