Good afternoon.

I looked around for vendor forum but didn't see one.  If there is one, please let me know and I'll look into a vendor membership.

I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Eric and I'm the new operations manager for Liquid Iron Industries. I'm in the process of cleaning things up on our website, improving our web-presence and establishing a good point of contact for customers. I've been lurking about for a while now getting some candid feedback and it all seems positive (which is a good thing!) but I've noticed a few unanswered questions and PM's, which I'll get to shortly.

I plan to visit regularly and will try to answer any questions and respond to any feedback as quickly and accurately as possible.
