Made a little more progress on the rear axle. Got the marlin diff cover welded on the in side and welded on with the ruffstuff truss. Now I need to finish fitting my 4wheelunderground link mounts

Any reason you decided to leave the drain plug on the bottom? Seems like you could have went the same route as you did with the front axle

I am going the same route as the front axle. I haven't got there yet but that's why I haven't welded the bottom of the diff cover yet. I need to borrow a extra 3rd member from a buddy so I can cut it out and clearance to the gear ring. Mine are on the runner now

Got the 4wheelunderground link mounts all welded on. Laid out the top trusses and made them.

I will weld them on later.

Trusses are all welded. Now I'm setting up to run brake line to weld on tab. And logo placement.

That thing as as tall as a rockwell! Why so much separation in the links?

It's to put all the links on top of the axle.  so it's better for ground clearance. The link kit is from  4wheelunderground. Brian has been making these kits for years.

That thing looks awesome! I know this is kind of an open ended question, but what's your technique for getting such a uniform bead? I've found that once I get my machine set, a push/pull motion (2 steps forward, 1 step back) will get me something similar.

I like to run in circles. Sometimes I push and sometimes I pull. I pull the left side truss and pulled the right side. I like the right truss better
