Purchased an 83 pickup in rough shape, all up and running but trying to figure out some stuff to get it smogged. It is running with too much O2 in the exhaust, I have put in all new gaskets and pretty much confirmed that there are no more leaks in the exhaust (tested with soapy water/blowing air into the exhaust......just scratching my head on why so much O2 still. Tips appreciated :-)
