The Tires do not skid, and the truck dose not die. The the RPMs drop to 0 then back to were it was within a second, maybe less then a second they seem to vary. the truck dose not lose any power.
I'm guessing from this its probably a short in the steering wheel harness :headscratch:

This sounds like an issue my brother had with his jeep xj the truck would fall on its face for a second and then come right back ( lock up :headscratch: I guess you could call it that) any who the rpms would drop to zero fall on its face then as fast as you could look at the tack it was fine... We replaced the pcm and cam sensoer no more problem.

Again this is on a straight 6 jeep not a Toyota but maybe I good place to start

Could be a loose wire, broke wire, bad connection and many  many spots. Bad coil, ignitor, mass air flow sensor, ignition harness, ecu, throttle position sensor etc
Dr.Maxwe001 – well i have a 15 gal compressor now and if I gett he 60  and then use the 15 as a reserve that wil give me 75 gal  thats close to 80 isnt it ?

81yota4x4 thank you!! but it is just as you said it happen extremely fast its really hard to explain something that happens really fast were i cant take notes on.

also my cluster dose not hit 0 rpm literally because the jolt happens so fast it jumps to the normal  before going to 0 rpm

My cluster makes a huge twitch, im driving around 3000 rmp then it goes to 1000 rpm and back to 3000 in under a second in that seconds my front end drops about 2 to 4 inches because of the force.

It Feels if my rear wheel was locking up for about a second. a Big jolt then my truck goes back to running smooth, that's why i been saying a lock up  :-\  also the problem is its random and happens to fast to see if my wheels are stopping

sorry guys if im not quite explaining what is going on to your standards,i understand its hard to fix something you cant see for your self. im going to see if i can get my hands on a go pro and post a video or something so i can get better input in what i need to do

AS ALWAYS THANK YOU GUY FOR YOUR INPUT :usa:

Turn the ignition off while driving and see if it feels like the same problem.

Make sure you don't turn it all the way off, or you'll lock up your steering.

from what i can see my truck looks like its not turning off and i cant really notice a power differences other than the violent jolt that last a second

Something really simple if you lose a cylinder momentarily it could just be spark plugs or wires. Where does the pop come.from?  Does it jar the whole truck or just sound like a misfire? I agree with the bearing statement unless the pop is a bad wire somewhere and it doesn't fire one rev and the tach jumps. No idea. Confused as well.. open all the windows and listen carefully to where its coming from
