Any guy who takes his woman wheeling enjoys her. A woman who is owned is left at home to cook, clean, and keep beer cold. So if this offends you you should stop looking and go have some tacos.    :rofl2: And a beer. If your old enough.   :beerchug:

Finally finished the brakes. Got the proportioing valve yesterday from Jegs and installed it all I needed to do was double flar the ends of the brake line where they go in to the  fittings on the valve.
Bleed the brakes and adjusted the valve and done brakes work great

nice set up,looks really clean. I think i need to use that same valve form jegs but im not sure. I have FJ80 master with 97 taco calipers and rotors using the ruff-stuff brackets along with the rear full float kit. Nice runner by the way

Looks good. Sucks you had to tear the cases apart again  :headscratch: Just think of it as practice

So I decided to flat belly my rig
Here are some pics

Cutting out the floor bored

After trying and trying to lift the tranny with two jacks all by my self I got tired of almost dropping it and hurting myself I went to my local Harbor Freight and pick up a tranny jack for $65 which made my life a lot easier.

Ones the tranny & cases where lifted I had to do a Lil more trimming to the floor bored to get the  cleanse that I wanted at the bottom also had to cut off part of the hoere shoe and rebuilt it where was no way in hell the drive shaft going to fit.

After I was done with that lifted the cases with a engine hoist and removed the tranny jack to be able to work underneath what I ended up doing was cutting my TG cross member in to five pieces bolted the two brackets to the frame and the mean one the the cases and fitted the other two pieces to make it as flat as possible mark where I need to cut to achieve a flat surface retested and tacked in to place then removed it and fully welded it together and reinstalled.

Before & After

Now i need to relocate my exhaust and finish the tunnel going to try to get that done this weekend

Basically it works just like your OEM It bolts up just like it but a lot stronger and more protection.
The modifications where done to achieve the flat belly to get a flat surface.
