carb issues

got a 1980 toyota p/U with22r at high elevation the bowl on the carb goes completly fry i have an electric fuel pump that should be more then enough and it replaced all rubber lines blew out the hard lines and nothing in the tank or the pick ups whats next replace the hard lines?

Wrong section for this question, does the pump work when the lines are disconnected? Will it spit fuel?
