Don't know.  Chris (TOYon40s) is hetting his wisdom teeth removed in a couple weeks, so we will see how he feels.  Maybe three weeks from now we will go up there.  This weekend we might be going up to 4 dice.

How did the install go?

lilbuddy

Hyena, Itd be great if it was the weekend of 13th. School starts that next tuesday, so Itd be good.

Minisimp, Well I took the rear end apart and started taking the 3rd apart, but I dont have a vise so I couldnt undo the bolts on the ring gear so i took it to my buddys house and his vise was too small so we did some other misc crap to get it to work, nothing so then I drove around to a bunch of my friends houses and none were home so I tried another friends house, finally got the ring gear off, came home and got the locker in and the third back together but now I need to set the backlash and I dont really understand how to do it sooo Im kinda SOL on that one. I took a look at the FSM you gave me but I just need to read it over and get a dial indicator and see what I can do. If not im takin it to my buddys shop to see if he will do it for me...

Great looking truck  :clap2: , let us know how the locker works, I have been looking into them

is that locker a good choice for fronts? im looking to build with budget in mind and want a decent locker for front and weld the rears.

the larger the tires you run with an Aussie the poorer it preforms. but for budget build, can't beat an aussie.

Oh hey! Thanks man. Why didnt you say anything? I do need a doubler, bad. I just need to save for it now. You guys camped right down from us too! Your buddy with the blue truck sure seemed to bash the hell out of it up winch hill one, it was a good show. I am actually pretty suprised. I went through there with no body damage whatsoever! I came about 1/2 an inch to most of the rocks with the longbed though. Bashed up my rear bumper a bit but its all good.

Eric,
I run at about 2800RPM at 65. its 3000RPM right at 70 and just about 3800RPM right around 80-85.  The aussie preforms awesome. Couldnt be happier for a "cheap" locker.

You went up winch hill #1. Damn I had to take the detour because I didn't feel like waiting anymore.  I made it through the whole trail with out any breakage or even a scratch till I took this one little side hill at the end and bashed my rocker, front fender, and end of my bed pretty bad but I expected worst anyways.

You live in Chico Lilbuddy?  I am new to the 4x4 scene and looking for people to wheel with.  I know places like Fordyce and the Rubicon (though I have not been to either yet) but I here there are some spots in the High Lakes area, I have not been up there in years. I have an 84 Toy and I am a noob.  hehe  :)

Oh, nice truck :)
OFRD_GRL – as much as i appreciate strip clubs, i could never date a chic. they are all flopin crazy.

I didnt go up WH1, I took the detoyr. I meant that I went through fordyce without any body damage at all. I dont think I coulda made it being open in the front, stock birfs and a single 2.28 case.

Thanks. Yes I am in chico. There are some spots up at the lakes. I havent been there in a while but I hope to go there maybe the middle of august. Gonna ask my bro and some people if they want to go. That is if I still even have any money. It was $75 in gas (not that bad) for the Fordyce trip.
