Bayou Bogger
« on: Dec 02, 2011, 06:30:22 AM »
Hello the marlin crawler family I'm Bayou Bogger from a small town in Alabama called Bayou La Batre, I enjoy mud bogging and toyota pickup trucks. I love rolling past a chevy on 37's stuck in a bog in my toyota on stock 31's just creeping by yelling only if you had a yota. I have two toyota pickup trucks one is a 1979 4x4 with stock everything and the other is a 2011 TSS Tacoma pre runner V6.

Thanks I'm having transmission problems with that L43. Fixing to put a L52 and 5:29 gears and a set of 33's and replace the bushings on the truck to give it a better ride. I been looking at the build on your 78 if you have any advice on these old trucks with a 20r I much appreciate it

i would find a w56 something good because i made the mistake of putting in l50 in mine but i didnt know what tranny it was when i put it in it makes so much noise and is puking out gear oil from where the clutch fork goes in to the transmission the 20r will eventually i die i put a 22r with some modifications in it and it runs twice as good as it did when i got mine and its faster
