Been wanting to start a build up for a while now but seems like whenever I get time to work on the rig, I don't think to take pics so here's what I have.

81 toy pu, 22re ref'd, w56 w top shift 2.28 crawl box, marlin 4.7 rear case w twinstick and fror crossmember.

Up front I'm running 48" ruf 5leaf pack w 14" shocks
Front axle is an 83 with spooled high pinion 5.29 gussets and diff armor, hydro assist, 30spline longs,6shooter knuckles w arp studs, ifs hubs w arp hub studs, chromo hub gear, taco rotors and v6 calipers

rear is an ifs width thats currently welded 5.29s, picked up an arb third in a trade but it has a cracked copper tube and is undergoing surgery before it goes in, 63" chevy springs w 14" shocks as well.

i just traded my 37" pj dirt grips on 16" wheels for a set of 39.5x13.50x15 iroks , then came the long search for a set of 15x8 steel wheels for the beadlocks, found them, thanks to Josh, then started the weld on beadlock project

Pretty decent. The beadlocks have centering blocks and with the bbs in the tires I can do 65 with slight vibrations. May be the ifs cv in the rear driveline though because I got the same results with my old tires. Will soon find out when I swap it out for the solid axle cv.

hes got taco rotors, they slip right onto the hub and caliper and wheel studs hold it on

im jealous, i should have done taco rotors with my ifs hub swap, their 10 bucks cheaper a piece to boot

Drilled out threads on knuckle, tapped caliper and now it mounts outside the ears instead of inside. The caliper had to be clearanced a bit for the taco rotor and there is a 1/8" washer between the caliper and the knuckle

What year taco rotors did you use?

98 taco. 2x4 and 4x4 share the same part #. I am sure other years are also the same but 98 is what I was told and it works well

Finally got the garage clean enough to park inside. Now it's time to put in my mc07r10 adapter.

Finished the rotated crawl box tonight. Forgot to weld the retainer on the fork though. Oh well. I'll get it from the top haha wouldn't be the first time!
