Then i pulled the "Hub Sleeve No. 3" with the Shift Collar and Shift Fork all at the same time... the Thrust Washer came off with it.

next, i took off those pesky c-clips.
Then 5th gear.

I thought 5th gear was supposed to be pressed on, but i pulled it out by hand about an 1/8th inch, and only had to lightly pry with a screw driver.
It came right off... Weird...

Ok, Next we have to pull the counter shaft bearings so we can get the counter shaft to "drop" out of the way'
there are two types of pullers that will work for this. I prefer the dedicated type over the 3 jaw locking type.
I borrowed the ones on the right from a super good friend of mine,

(you can pull it out now or wait till you get the rear main shaft bearing off either way will work.)

Now that the counter shaft has "dropped" out of the way the input can be removed.

There are fourteen (14) 5.5mm rollers inside the back of the input... make sure you don't lose any

i bought this bearing separator from Harbor Freight, it's not bad... got the job done.

I placed the bearing separator flat side up, right up against the teeth of 2nd gear, and just snugged up the bolts on the bearing separator by hand.
Then I pressed the hub off

just make sure you hold the main shaft so it don't smash a hole in your floor

then I flipped the shaft over and did the same thing to 3rd gear
