Doing a cold air intake from K&N really looks sweet and gives you better power and mpg.

Unless I'm mistaken. The only way to get rid of it would be to run some kind of standalone system that replaces the MAF.
Wait... What?

Absent dropping about $2500 on a stand-a-lone set-up, which would be a complete waste of money on an N/A engine, you are stuck with the AFM

The K&N FIPK will clean it up a little, but likely not what you're after.

'90 black X-cab mod'd 3.0, 33's/4.88's, rear ARB, custom bumpers, sliders, safari rack, etc.
'91 Blue X-cab 22re, 35's/5.29's,Truetrac front, ARB rear, dual cases, and custom Safari flatbed, bumper, interior.
