Ive had this noise for awhile and its been steady getting worse. It sounds like throwout bearing but it also howls when im pulling up a hill in 4th or anytime really if im not touching the gas right, not only just when I push the clutch in.  :dunno:

Its the muffler bearing actually.
Dr.Maxwe001 – well i have a 15 gal compressor now and if I gett he 60  and then use the 15 as a reserve that wil give me 75 gal  thats close to 80 isnt it ?

Have you check the output flange? some times the nut comes loose.
A good day working, that's just sick :reg:

throwout bearing...like the one in the bell housing? that one would only sound bad if the clutch is pushed in though.

A good place to start is to actually inform us of what kind of truck you, what model, engine, trans, and mods, since we are humans and cant read minds.

It does howl when i push in the clutch, only when im moving, and the faster im going the worse it is. But it also makes pretty much the same noise when im pulling up a hill in 4th at low rpms.

What i drive is an 87' runner with a 22re and a 5spd. trail gear sas, 5" trail gear lift, tg hi steer, spool in rear, trussed yota axles

Pull it and check it out, or just replace it, how long as that clutch been in there?

sounds like the main shaft bearing in your transmission. 4th gear is a direct drive so it does not transfer a load through the secondary shaft.
