Thought I might stop in a say hello
« on: Aug 15, 2011, 10:51:00 PM »
Howdy folks, I am from east Tennessee I have fooled around with pre 84 hilux 4x4 pickups for about five years but have only owned one for about a year and a half. This topic is worthless without pics but I am out of town at the moment but will put some up when I get home this weekend. I have an 83 in pretty good shape with power steering, AC, tilt steering wheel and the only mod that is done to it if you want to call it that is it has an 81 motor, transmission, and tc. Truck has 146,xxx miles and runs good all but act a little cold blooded in the winter time. I hope to gather all the little things I been wonderin these past couple years, like why I have to start it three times in the winter before it will stay runnin. Thanks for havin me!
