So you local guys that wheel in utah, where are some wheelin spots? Snow, rocks, trails, camping etc. We all know about moab but I will be living in Davis county and I'm coming from a very popular wheelin area in nor cal. So I'm just kinda wondering what the terrain is like. What types of rigs are built for the area? Post up as much info as you can. Thanks in advanced...

There are alot of hot spots around you within about a hour drive. You have little Moab, and Rattle Snake and Constrictor. Both of these places have trail heads and different obsticles that you can do on the way up. I live in Tooele so most of the wheeling I do is with in my range. I'm sure there are a lot of other spots that I would like to check out if there were more people going. There is a group of us that go up every week to many different spots if you would like to go up with us P.M. me. The more people that go up the better, and it is always nice to put a face to the name. I am almost done with my swap and then I will be going out again. I drive a 90' runner sas locked front and supra lsd rear, 7mge, r151f, 35" MTR's.

got any pics of what some of the trails are like? I love snow... Thats mostly why i wheel. I have bounced back and forth between northern utah and norther cali so i am pretty familiar with northern utah. I would like rocks better im sure but i have yet to get dual cases together so i havent really wheeled rocks. i just want to be confident in knowing that there is wheelin there and that i wont have to give it up.

Here are some pics and a short video of a flop. I love snow wheeling also the whole range on this side is open for snow wheeling. There are some of the main canyons closed but these are all paved roads anyway. We have alot of fun in the winter I almost lost my runner last year going up to Jacob City before all the snow melted. It is a fun trail ride with no snow, its a old ghost town. Then during the summer you can go up to the bus that is up there even though no one knows how it got where it is.

If you haul your junk down to St.George and Cedar there are days and days of endless trails too...

Most of the canyons I have found are closed in the winter, so not much luck for snow wheelin'
