I don't know if the video is follows the events as they happened chronologicall, but if they do, they are really stupid. The guy in the blue sweatshirt with the red hat was driving the black truck when the window got shattered and the tailgate busted. Then, later, when the same truck is trying to pull that heavy duty, two truck looking thing up the hill, that same dude is standing waaaaay to close to that strap!

You notice later on in the video they have a mat or something on the strap to prevent it from snapping, and they are not jerking the trucks nearly as hard.  But yes that guy is still stading way to close
