Beadlocks for 31's?

Type of beadlock depends on budget. You can get a diy kit, nice steel ones, or even aluminum if you have the coin.

i have the tires i need the wheels i have 800 to spend im doing a low budget 4x4 just 31s rear locker and MC twinstick try to make it look stock as much as possible i also have the MC twin stick and locker already

No need to get beadlocks until you run bigger tires and low presssure imo. You can get a brand new set of wheels for under $200, then use the rest on other upgrades. Could probably find a good set of used wheels even cheaper.

true i could use for a chip air intake exhaust or whatever

The Dealer doesn't sell such an item.  The only company out there that sells a chip upgrade for pre-OBDII is JET electronics, and you have to send your ecu to them for them to install the new chip.  The chips in the Toyota ecu you have are soldered to the board, they are not a plug and play type chip.  The JET chip will work, but not enough by itself, you have to upgrade everything else like intake/exhaust, head/block work before you would see any real benefits from a chip upgrade.  If you have the 3.0, the upgrades are expensive and there are cheaper/equally priced alternatives that result in more HP/performance gaims.

If you have 31"s and are trying to make it look as stock as possible, why don't you run factory wheels?
