Who built your rear tire carrier?
1987 4Runner--SAS, 37" Nitto TrailGrapplers, AllPro EBrake, Marlin 1600 Clutch, 22re LC Engineering goodies, 5.29s ARB'ed front and rear w/ hi-pinion front (thanks Marlin).

ummm I think it was a Chevy Blazer (small one) factory and I modified it a little . . . . . :yupyup:

What's a devil dog?  I only have heard that in Heartbreak Ridge.  Is it a Marine thing?

yes its a Marine thing, it is a name given to Marines during the battle of Bella Wood in 1918  The Marines fought with such ferocity that they were likened to "Dogs from Hell." by the German Soldiers

Soooo  :dunno: . . . I'm thinking of a more road worthy rig  :driving: for a diverse style of driving, not so much of a " rock crawler '' but more of a Expedition Vehicle  :driving: :camping: that has great road manners but can still go off road. I don't want to get rid of what I have built, just make it better road mannered . . . Soooo I'm either gonna remover the pivot blocks or just go with a sway bar set up in the rear and haul a small trailer to keep the weight off the suspension on the road, Tommy one day I'm just gonna bring it to you so you can do the sway bar for me cause I cant do it any more.  :beerchug:
