Yo my name's Dennis, I am from Southern Maine, not too much great wheeling around, but we make the best of what we have.

I have a 1994 2wd extra cab, with a SAS, 37's, Dual Case, 5.29's, Longfield axles / birfield Joints, on board Air, ect. ect....

I bought the truck last year.  I have replaced the Front Springs, the front ring and pinion and am currently fixing little stuff for a Maine State Sticker.

I came here looking for some info on the Vehicle Speed Sensor, I tried to jack another thread, but that didn't work, I currently have a voice message with BIGMIKE and I have a guy at ALLPRO also trying to get ahold of BIGMIKE to see if we can get this figured out.

I want to use ALLPRO's Drive Shaft mounted Emergency Brake, but I need to eleminate my Stock Toyota Electric VSS.

Can you mate the Marlin VSS to the bottom half of a stock Electric Toyota VSS?

Oh yeah, 85 extra cab - Fuel Injected 22re, Auto Tranny, solid axle, Project truck or more like parts truck at the moment, and I have a 1990 Toyota Standard Cab that I used to drive daily until I turned the Rock Crawler into my Daily Driver.

Goodluck on contacting Mik through email, it's hard enough to get his attention here. You may want to give these routes a shot to getting answers, hell try the old way of communicating with a company sometimes Marlin has been known to pick up the phone.

i've been calling after work, I got through one day last week, but not anymore, i left a voice message with someone.  I like the phone too.

I would just take the stock VSS out and check it but one of the screws is rusted so I need to E-Z out it, but if there is no point, I dont want to go through the hassle.

and thanks for the warm welcome.  Hopefully we stay slow at work so I can hangout with you guys during the day  :ack:

I ended up getting a response from BigMike through the forum.

I am fairly new to wheeling, or at least to wheeling not stock vehicles and actually fixing them when they break.  This forum is a great resource, and I am really glad you guys put all the work in to make it as good as it is.
