In the spirit of poking fun at all the flex pictures, I was thinking that I need to fabricate a square tube "spring" and then use either a long buggy spring or a shackle on a long pivot arm.  I think it would still provide great flex to post on this thread, but it wouldn't ride very well.

The bottom line is this: If you get great flex with a spring that you can safely use on the highway (this is why I like the Marlin and Alcan type of lifts) without buggy springs or revolver type shackles, I am much more impressed.  Nothing wrong with the other stuff, but it isn't that difficult to get a spring to drop away from the frame.  I will admit that the steering in the front takes the difficulty to the next level.
