Wait wait wait.......
is there oil on the outside of the spark plug, or deposits on the electrodes?
If it's on the OUTSIDE of the plug, you need spark plug tube seals, and plugs, wires, and coil ends most likely.
Oil WILL mess up the plug wires and stuff, and generally make it run poorly.
INCREDIBLY RANDOM

 you just saved me big time!!! it is just oil coming from the valve cover, but now i dont know why she hesitates to start

edit: dont think the 5vze has a cold start injector. but a good code reader can tell you realtime data (like, what the temp sensor forthe ECU is reading) also do you have access to a fuel pressure gauge? see if its getting pressure right away when you crank it, or if its delayed
