chevy springs question(part 2)

i hate to ask but i didn't see it in the faq. are you guys running the chevy springs  the same direction that they came out of the chevy ? i noticed one end of the springs is higher than the other and it made me wonder

i did. usually one side of the spring is softer so if you don't run it that way you'll have axle wrap. i have no idea if the chevys have a soft side though.

one more  question. im having trouble getting a 100% accurate measurement. if one of my spring hangers ends up 1/16" of an inch ahead of the other will i be ok?

should be ok your shackel will be a lil off. try to get it straight though
