New guy in much need of help

Hello,
I am a newbie to this forum, but have been on many forums in my life prior to this.
I used to have an 87 4runner that was my first 4x4 experience and build.
I learned a lot from it and moved on to a rust free 83 longbed, which is rare around KY (came from CA is why)
I have been unable to wheel the rig yet, but have got it almost up to spec.
I am having a serious problem I have been unable to tackle.
Please help!
