If you're reading this post you probably understand what I'm talking about already.  Occasionally I have to pop open the hood and shake the battery or battery cable to get the damn thing to start.  It was really annoying the other day.  Any suggestions??

new wires and terminals will do the trick
87 runner, 4" trailmaster lift, 33" TSL/SX, 5.29's V6 e-locker, 22re that cost too much

I got the same problem.  But i need a new ground terminal because it won't tighten anymore and it keeps comeing loose.

Is it possible there is a break in the plate inside the battery? I have seen this before mostly on side post batteries, but also top post. The other thing about batteries is that sediment builds up in the bottom of the battery and shorts out the cells. If you pick it up and drop it a couple times it packs it down and makes it work for a while.

Hope this helps.
