I watched every episode, Lee rocked, after all, he was a six million dollar man.  They wrecked so many of those GM's.

That was freakin' awesome. I am only 24 so I have no idea what that is from but I want to watch it now, love how messed up the front end gets in almost every jump, some of the wrecks made me laugh. Too cool.

The truck was almost as sexy as Heather Thomas(Jody)  was.   The Fall Guy was a great tv show.   I had a truck just like it but it was a sold color

:spit:  I grew up watching the fall guy, chips, and my favorite (for the car) hardcastle and mccormick.  Look it up, these were from the days of long intros.

I think ol' Lee was a terribly underrated actor...to me he was the prototype for so many "modern" actors, for example Nicholas Cage. Both of them have such a range of emotion, from A to

Heck most of the early 80's action tv shows were themed around a vehicle of some sort.

Dukes of Hazzard - 1969 Dodge Charger
Knight Rider           1982 Pontiac Trans AM
Magnum P.I.          19?? Ferrari 308
Rockford Files           1977 Pontiac Firebird
Simon & Simon       19??  Dodge Power Wagon

:spit:  none of my friends understands why I feel Nick Cage to be such a wooden actor.  Nice to know somebody else sees the utter lack of talent  ;)

I wonder if they broke as many front axles on the fall guy as they wrecked chargers on dukes of hazard  :headscratch:

Say what you want about the acting talent level of Lee Majors but his talent for landing the hottest women of his era is legendary.  He was married to Farrah Fawcett in the 70's, Karen Velez (1985 Playboy Playmate of the year)in the 80's, and his current wife is a smoking hot 36 year old blonde.....an those are just the ones he married.

Oh, and I forgot the OG  car tv show.   Route 66 - 1960 Corvette
