I think the cop in this video tailing the driver like that was BS.  I don't car if you are a cop trying to make a point, that's not safe driving.  The driver should have given them a big fat brake check.

They say 90-98 percent make it. I saw that happen once, was sitting at a lake eating lunch. A plane had been around for a couple days, then all of a sudden it came from behind me just over the trees (startled me). Pulled up like a dive bomber, and a stream of water/fish hit the lake. I walked the shore after that and there were schools of 3-4 inch fish swimming around.
