pulling tranny apart???

i took off the t case, bellehousing ect... but cant get the two halves of the tranny apart?? it pulles apart 3/4'' and then its getting caught on somthin and preventing it to come apart!! i believe its a g52 but not sure!! wuts up guys????!!!!! :wave:  :beerchug:

Did you remove the shifter yet?  How about the interlock spring/ball on the shifter shaft?

ya the shifter is off..... i took a bolt out that the shifter ball goes into but thats about all??//?
