mcCain is going for senate again? cool  az was going to try a medical pot law, bad layout and rules , why did you say no?  cali new laws is realy vague and unclear on how to tax and control it basically leaving up to each county for regulation, which means there will probilly by more dry counties than green ones(lol),just like alcahol in the south.

I said no....because you can't be almost pregnant...you is or you ain't. Either legalize it or don't. The mediweed proponents have some ground to stand on but, there is too much room for corruption, fudging the system.

I don't see how anyone can argue that booze is safe and weed isn't...but, for now this is the way it is.

I have trouble with single issue voters and if weed is their main hot button issue...maybe Mom should make them move out of her basement.

classic  i see your piont cali is leaving to many grey areas in thier new law for me to approve, way to much room for fudge here. on the other props there is just alot of confusion on what you here on tv and did not have enough time to read all the props so voting time this year will take more than 5-10 minutes just to read all the props we have going. i did not think az would ever put on the ballot anything like that. especaly with their open carry laws, pot and guns dont quite mix that well.

Ever seen a drunk exhibit good motor skills?

I don't drink or smoke weed (anymore). I might fire up a one hitter now and again, if it's ever legalized...but, I don't ever see the day I'll drink again.

Sadly CA still sucks!

Now it really sucks! I can not fathom how anyone with more than a wounded brain cell would (re)elect Gov. Moonbeam.

On a positive note...maybe he'll hook back up with large Marge (Linda Ronstadt ) and get her heftiness out of Tucson.

Hell, if they hooked up...it would look like a tooth pick stuck to a Hippo's butt.

Update

Arizona Prop 203 (Mediweed) just passed, after counting all the early, mail-in and provisional votes...now we've got another bureaucracy to game.  :screwy:

Good luck with that... ours (prop 215 in Cali) was so poorly written, full of loopholes and vague that all it did was open up a huge can-o-worms. I understand (and agree with) the claimed intent, but ye gads what a nightmare. It's practically wide open, wild west, anything goes, and that's not a good thing. Hopefully AZ lawmakers learned something from California's mess...  :crossed:
