how do i insert images

hey everyone... just wondering how to insert image not very good with computers... please help....

  Click on the Additional Options... link in the bottom left-hand corner when posting.

if it does not fit go to photo shop on your comp. and reduce the image .generally your pix will be too large so i just reduce to 50% that seems to work for me

click preview..then click the options...it took me a min to figure it out too
