Just lookin over yer pics and stuff. I saw u need a new 3/4 inch drill bit. maybe you could use a step drill bit. makes drillin big holes easier just gotta mark the step bit so you dont go to big. or stop just before 3/4" and finish with a good bit.

Ya a step drill bit would work good. Problem is I got a new bit and my drill took a  on me.  Thanks man, I can't wait to pull it out of the garage. Maybe even go wheeling this summer

I got longs at both ends of the case. You could get a marlin front? There both good.

 Alright so I should have my steering arm today, so I can make my tie rod. Then I need to get some tubing and hiems/bushing for my panhard. Also need to get a set of spring perches and ubolts for the rear.

Got my steering arm on, and tacked the lowers up. Still need to finish drilling the upper link bracket, so i'll probably get that tacked up next week and I would like to get the rear started next week aswell. Looks like my tires are gonna be eating my lowers but I think there gonna just barely clear

That steering arm is the first thing I have bought from them but i'm pretty pleased with it for sure. Nice products for sure, but it took a month and a half for them to ship a steering arm out

everything was hand made on my truck. i didnt mind doing it at all. one thing that would have been nice is those lower axle end link mounts. i should have bough just 2 of those. i never saw those style ones you have, only this big round ugly ones that they sell. oh well...

ordered the rest of the stuff to complete the front and the back and have it sitting on its own weight. After talking with Dan from ruffstuff i'm not gonna put a bend in my ph, i'm gonna try and tilt the offset axle bracket forward and use 1.5" od tube to try and get it to clear the diff cover. see how it works out.

Picked up the rest of my parts to finish the 3-link and I also got a 9 inch simple swap kit from ruffstuff for the rear. Pictures to come tommorow.
List is getting smaller little by little, and I'm still having a hard time getting motivated to work on the truck.

Just tossing the idea around, if for some reason I get rid of it it's your truck i'm coming for haha. But seriously i've been talking around and if I can figure out a way to get the truck on a trailer i'm gonna move it to a buddys shop and he's gonna give me a hand finishing up the 3 link and then i'll bring it back and get all of the finishing touches done. I just don't have the time to completely finish it up myself in the garage at my parents house like I want to.

I don't know if we could do that, then your gonna finish it and post all kinds of pictures of it wheeling and i'm gonna be pissed I didn't keep it haha. We'll see what happens with getting it up to the new shop location

whats wrong with it? from what i remember he drove that to the trail on 40 iroks and wheeled it with no real issues from what i read. i understand how people want to re-design stuff to there own liking or maybe there idea is better? do you think a kit is going to make it easier to finish or more correct of a design?

From what he said it was mostly dialed in and it drove/wheeled great. I've had about 50/50 people tell me not to bend the ph and the other telling me it's fine, i really don't want to bend it but i'm not sure it's gonna work out. I think going with a kit would have been quicker and easier from the start.

quicker and easier but not as bad ass or burly what kind of tubing are you using for links. I got some old torsion bars you could chop at and use haha

Tacorunner makes a pretty bad ass kit. I'm using dom for my links, upper and lowers are 2"od. I think i'm gonna tack the upper on and weld two pieces of tube solid from the frame to the axle if I end up moving it to this guys shop so he can finish it.
