Whats up everybody!

So I've been on marlin for a while now i have decided to do a build page.  I got my truck in 2007 its an 86 22rte red single cab, when i picked it up it was stock for the most part it had a 3in body lift and 32s.  A year later i did the sas and got my 37s, duals 5.29s etc... about 2 years after the sas i bent the :pokinit: out of the front Toyota axle not really sure how but its probly an accumulation of running in to stuff and what not.  So i decided to get something legit and strong so i went with a diamond axle.

only been on one con trip this summer heres some pics

I've been seriously thinking of going with a diamond myself. Where did u get the steering tubes made at for the crossover steering? and what did they cost you if you dont mind me asking.

When u order the axle they ask u like 20 questions. They ask u what width u want to run, for example I wanted 64" WMS to WMS, then just ask them for tire rod and drag link to match it, idk what the price was u could find that out on there website. Or u could do it ur self just get some tubing then weld nuts on the ends for ur tire rods

Thanks James, I didn't think they handled the steering tubes. I'll give them a call.  :thumbs:

<James>

ya dude they have it all worked out, i would however ask them to put on the gusset kit its 75$ but, 75$ vs 900$ its worth it to have the kit u dont want to bend ur axle. i bent my yato axle without even trying.

I blew out my front 5125's awhile back and I'm looking for some new ones. Does anyone out there have an opinion on what's the best shock to run in the front as far as smoothness and what not?

Mmmm I can't decide between the 5150's or ranch's 9000. I didn't have any problems with the 5125's considering they were first socks I've ran, but I would like to try the next step up. When I was reading about the valving there both the same 255/70 some I'm guessing the only difference in the 5150 and the 5125 is the reservoir. So I'm leaning towords the 9000's.
