This infuriates me more than it probably should given other things that's ****ed up with now-a-days.  But, then, I'm an advocate for enforcing the flag laws that no one seems to care about, such as 1) replacing worn/tattered US flags 2) US flags must be lit if flown at night and 3) US flags are not supposed to be left flying in the rain.

Unfortunately, there is no penalty for breaking any of the rules set by United States Flag Code.  See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Flag_Code

Interesting, i know about rule 1 and 2, and never noticed if the flags where flown on rainy days. Thanks for the link. Knowledge is power!

I think we need to impeach and hang our president. Get a bush back in office. And kick out all the illegals, or just have open shooting range on them. What the hell is this country coming to when they want to ban the flag? If you don't like it then leave school and go kill your self your not worthy of living here. Whats next you can't pray in public places or have church's?

Also what I find is messed up is I got the cops called and told I had to take down my rebel flag 2 years ago when I first moved in to my neighbor hood I had a huge 6x8 on the garage out side and the american flag flying. Found out my "Iran" neighbor down the road got offended but he can fly his "dune coon" flag around, and listen to his "dune coon" music loud as he wants. I'm sick of this crap.

Never ceases to amaze me.  This is what you get when you allow a bunch of liberal girl thingies, who have never, and would never serve our country under any circumstance, run our public education. 

When I was a freshman in high school, I remember ten-fifteen guys with trucks would all meet down the street from school, get in a caravan and drive to school one after the other.  When they arrived at school they lined all the front parking spots along the main road in front of my school, and they all backed into the spaces.  They were instructed not to do this any more because they all had American Flags flying in their truck beds and the school considered them a gang.  I saw it as a bunch of high school kids that loved their country, but the pansies that ran the school saw a threat to their system, it's a damn shame what our country has come to.

In WW2 when the US had the internment camps, they gave the people inside a survey.  One of the questions was would you be willing to fight for the united states against its foreign enemies.  Everyone that answered no was thought to be a conspiring against the US and left in the camps, those that answered yes were asked to enlist.
