I just found out I'm getting deployed, possibly to Afghanistan...  I really need to get rid of these parts because I have no place to store them!!!  Make any REASONALBE offers!!!

Pretty much all you need to build a 20R/22R hybrid.
Block will need bored, there is some surface rust in cylinders that should clean up at 20 over, crank may need polished or turned, not really sure.

I know one thing, 20R heads are getting harder to find.  Took me about a year to locate this one.  I was going to keep it and ue this extra block and build another hybrid, but I may be getting deployed again...

Webber carb looks to be in good shape.  May need cleaned out because it has been sitting for about a year.  Came off a running engine and worked great then.  

Im running the same exact Webber carb on my Punisher truck and it works great! I converted mine to manual choke as you can see in the picture (its the one with the Edelbrock air cleaner on the right).  I could tell an immediate increase in power over my stock carb and haven't had any problems playing on the rocks with it so far.

The linkage is the same as my other weber.  I combined it with the stock 22R linkage when I put it on my truck, and I had to weld up a custom bracket to make the throtle work because I didn't feel like buying the handy dany linkage kit for the toyota engines.  I have a 20R carb with the throttle "linkage" if anyone needs it.

Disclaimer: This is a used Weber, for sale at a used price.  It has been ran, so it's going to have some carbon build up in it, and it looks used because it is used.  Im not going to rebuild it because, it works and if I did then it would be like new and I would have to sell it at a like new price.  If that makes sense... 

The 20R intake is in perfect shape, except for it has been used as well.  It's not sparkley new, if you want it to look new you can shine it up.  If its missing a bolt you may have to go get one at the hardware store, but if you are like me then you probably have toyota bolts laying around.     I'm fair and if you need anything I'll do my best to answer any questions anyone has.  If you are interested in what I have for sale, just pm me and if you need something you don't see in the picture just ask.

The head is complete with cam and rocker asembly.  It even has the bungs for power steering bracket and cutout for the mechanical fuel pump.  I cleaned it up to check it out more thoroughly, no cracks or whatsoever.  The cam looks good and spins easily.  The exhaust stud holes have helicoils in them.  Anymore questions feel free to ask.  I need to get this stuff sold before I have to leave!

So you have a hybrid engine and the parts listed are leftovers? I'd be interested in the 20R head if I can stick my 86 EFI on it... and if you'd be willing to ship to Colorado.

You need an older 22R block to do the 20R head swap.

I've been stuck at Fort Leonard Wood with no access to the Internet. I apologize if I've been slow responding I just have not had computer access.  If anyone wants the Webber carb and Toyota spacer/adapter I reduced the price to $125!!!
