The one with no label has been stored in my fridge for 7 years!!  I threw a couple extra flavors in for the hell of it.

Let me know what you think of the 7 year old stuff, that's been sitting in the back of my fridge since I bought it as a baby loaf of medium cheddar.  I sent some to Freds40 (Brendan at the shop).  Its good chit.    :yesnod:

Make some grilled cheese sandwiches with that white vintage.  And the smoked white vintage is killer on salads or grilled cheese too.  :thumbs:

That smoked white vintage extra sharp may be the best cheese I've ever tried, but I've only found it locally once and it hasn't since appeared.

Usually the stores just about every store in oregon sells it, but I'm guessing because the factory is here also. Were do you live at. Any safeway or fredmeyers?
