Yeah give it a few years!

Yeah, but my dad is 55 and he still weighs the same as he did in college. So I hope I follow the same path and eat whatever I want

Educate yourself, diet drinks are horrible for you too  ;)

Only thing I drink on that list is sunkist and the twist thing, but I rarely drink either so I'm not too worried about it.

-Matt-

you have to realize they are only talking about sugar and carbs, thats what based there whole 'worst drinks in america on', not that sugar and lots of carbs are good for but unless your overweight or diabetic thats the last thing i care about. they should focus on the real drinks that are chemically not good for you. like whats in diet drinks, mountain dew, and all those energy drinks.

Gotta agree with matt.  Sugar and carbs aren't bad if kept within a safe dose by an active person in good health.

Iv heard of that before but what has to be taken into account is that its little tiny kids getting mountain dew out of a bottle...Then not brushing teeth or cleaning teeth or anything at all for ever.

You need sugar and carbs. There are different types and you need both. Its all about balance.
