there is like a fuse/relay type thing above the fuse box next to the door buzzer check that!
there is also a relay on the passenger side above the ecu you have to take the glove box out to get to it

did you try the air box there is a flap in there if it dosent sense air flow it will not turn on, and check the fuel pump relay under the hood, its the closest round silver thing with a bronse dot atop of it on the passenger side by the battery, the other relay facing the driver side is your fan relay. if its loose or bad you dont get spark!
life is hard, but it is harder if your stupid!
Love wheeling in  central washington state, wouldn't have it any other way!

try manually opening the gate on the mass afm.
also pull out the efi relay and use a jumper wire
jump it across diaginally, theres 2 ways but only 1 will work.
the other might pop a fuse, it it does replace the fuse
and try the other way.

that manually kicks on
fuel pump
igniter
injector circuit

which ecu did you use?  did you leave all the wire harness that is attached to the 93 motor or did you reuse the harness from the 90 motor, because i have put a 92 v6 truck motor in a 1988  truck, but never fool with a 4 runner, when i did this swap, i took every thing that was in the 92 truck including all the vacum crap and the ecu and it works fine, it be kinda hard to mix 90 stuff to a 93 motor
