How to tell the difference...A340E, F, and H
« on: Dec 08, 2004, 08:44:52 AM »
I am trying to figure out hoy to tell the difference in these auto trnasmissions: A340E, A340F, and A340H. I think the H has a removeable bell housing and you can use an adapter for a chevy v6.

How do I tell? I have an 85 EFI truck with a longbed. I want to do a 4.3 swap and I am hoping I can use the stock auto transmission. (ist my DD, not my trail rig).
