Here's what I found out:
The housing is the same.
The R&P are the same.
The difference is the carrier and carrier bearings.
The 4cyl is supposedly 45mm and the V6 50mm ID bearings. Both have 80mm OD.
If you have the ADD (automatic differential disconnect) you have 50mm. (plus the carrier hub is bored out for a roller bearing)
The ARB RD90 uses 50mm bearings. (I think there is an older ARB that used 45mm)
There is a 45mm (911A445) and 50mm (911A342) Truetrac carrier.
The thing is, from digging thru the Toyota epc data; It looks like Toyota made a running change to 50mm bearings and carrier before the V6 arrived.
So you don't know what you have until you take the differential carrier out.............
