I am almost finished with rebuilding my rail gear solid axle. Unfortunately, I have run into a big wall. Upon swapping from a spool locker to a selectable zip locker, the old adjustment nuts as I believe that's what they are called which set carrier bearing preload and help to adjust backlash, do not fit onto the locker. Has anyone installed one of these and know if I am missing parts or lost something. I have been working on this on and off during college for about 3 months now.

Posting some photos might help. Are you sure you have a 4cyl zip locker and a 4cyl third member?

Yes, I am certain I have the 4 cyl, it says on the box and it even came with the 50mm bearing conversion, the new bearings are larger than that on the old spool, this is my first time using this website, trying to figure out how to post photos
