I have one but its from an 84 and an 88.

mine came from a 2wd so i think that is the diff.

The two grey dash bezels are off 79-80 2WD or 4WD non SR5 trucks.  They came with a grey painted surface from the factory.  They will also work for the 81 trucks, but the 81 did come with the printed plate around the heater controls.  The wood grain version from any year 79-83 was the Deluxe and SR5 version.
