Colorado 4Runner Jamboree 2010!

The gathering of Toyota enthusiasts known as the Colorado 4Runner Jamboree now has 2010 dates!  July 30th, July 31st & August 1st, 2010.  Mark your calenders and save some vacation time  

We will camp in the National Forest area of Fourmile, just east of Buena Vista.  Here's the coordinates for the campsite (38.858218,-106.055866).  Just copy & paste them into Google Maps.  Our campground was huge last year, big enough to hold 50-60 rigs if need be.

We might have some out of state company joining us this year.  Scotty at Addicted Off Road has invited several Pirate members from CA, NM, NV, & TN to join the CO4RJ.  We might also be making runs to Penrose to run the Indy trails and maybe some of the trails near Grand Junction & Montrose.  These runs will either be the week before or the week after the Jambo weekend.

These are the trails I will most likely be running.

Sounds like the other California guys are going to come out a week early and run some other stuff like Grand Junction & Montrose (aka ToyTank's stomping grounds).  Bigarms23 - If you can, I'd suggest try & come out early to get some sick CO wheeling in.

I'm glad you GJ guys are coming back to the Jambo this year, it was fun having you guys around.

Sounded like it was a good race & a good time.  Did you take your buggy?  If so, how did it do out there?

no just took the quad but it was alot of fun. the rock there is some kind of granit hybrid  it is real slick hard to get traction. and then all the dirt is sand. i had alot of fun im most likly take the rig out next year.

The way things are lookin I may be there.....  Had to move my trip from June to July. If I'm around I will be there.

Color me there; had a great time last year just riding shotgun, taking 5,000 pictures and doing    a lot. My junk should have a few runs behind it by then, got to weld the frame back together this week and hang the Chevies.

Nate at HEFTYFabworks has offered to donate a 15# CO2 tank with regulator, carry handle, hose with air chuck and mounting bracket for the raffle!  This setup is worth $415!!!

I am looking forward to the CO4RJ also Russel!  Bring a tarp for your buggy when you run Holy Cross, it rained on us hard last year.

You might as well run some trails while you're there.  There will be plenty of people running all different types of trails (from easy to very difficult).

Good to hear.  Park the Toyota for the spring and early summer in the garage to make sure you don't break anything   Glad you're coming out to the Jambo!
