Got my Birthday Presents today. 38.5/14.5/15 TSL-SX mounted on some chrome steelies. Took them out today and could do 70 easily with next to no wobble. Need some wheel spacers or some different rims though because they rub at full lock on my springs. what do yall think.

yes it was. got my 1.5 wheel spacers in. should solve my rubbing problem for now. eventually i will get new rims

do you have any pics of how you set up your steering? did you just use a toyota ifs box?

i don't have any pics but yes i got an ifs box off craigslist then bought marlins frame plate. i had the tie rod and drag link fabbed up from a local shop with 1 ton chevy TRE's and drag link end. i bought a pitman arm with a chevy tapered hole.

nice. ya i just cruised the forums for a while and bought all my parts first. there's a lot of good builds on here too. iNfErNaLs got a good build up on the MACHO TACO.

I want a tacoma so bad lol definitely my next daily driver once i finish my runner... but sweet build man... im actually looking to joining my local fire academy within the next year or so just need to do some volunteer work first before i sign up! Once again sweet build! Keep up the good work!

ya tacomas are very nice DDs. I still DD mine . Ya academy is a must for starting the fire service. also college fire tech. classes look good. and volunteering at your local fire dept. is always. good. thanks for the props your runner is looking real good. keep it up.

same as when i did it. this is still my only vehicle. i got all my parts and we did the swap over the weekend.

Dove tailed my bed this weekend. i still need to do some patch work on the inside. their is still a hole on the driver side fender. all in all i'm happy with how it turned out. i also cut the tailgate down to size and reattached it. This was way harder than i thought it would be. what do yall think.

here's some of the pics from our wheeling trip to Hell Hole. if you have never been there i recomend it. its not a crazy trail but there are a few sections that are really fun. its more of a good camping spot if anything. we camped on the lake bed of Hell Hole since its like 100ft low. Hell Hole also has awesome fishing.
