Got the IFS box mount built & tacked into place this afternoon, I'll finish welding it up tomorrow.  :flamer: I moved it as far forward with out having to hack the S**t of the core support since i already hacked it crap load. (Don't think the beer helped any)  :smack:

Tomorrow, I'm going to brace the core support to give it back its strength since i hacked alot of it out since i dont have a body lift to minimize the amount cut out.

Hanger looks good.  Just a heads up, you might want to box the front of the actual place where the springs bolt to the hanger.  If you were to hit just one side on a rock, you risk bending them up.

Got the front end back on after installing 3" downey RUF, front Drop Hanger, boxed in the steering stops, removing torque rod brackets, installed the IFS box, lengthened the steering shaft, U- bolt flip kit.

Now im just waiting for my histeer to show up in the mail and got to finish my square d-line.

So i moved the front axle a total of 3" forward and dropped the front hanger 2". So i have a total suspension lift some where around 6" - 6-1/2"

Now its time to install the rear 63's..

It looks funny with the 33's that i have until i get new or used tires

Got the rear spring hangers welded in, Welded the hanger 10" eye to eye from the stock hanger to push my rear axle 1" rearward. Now I have a 107" WB. :woohoo:

Got the rear shock hoop made, after taking rear axle flex measurements, then i will place the shock mount bolts on the hoop in the proper place.

Finished welding up the front square D-Line, now i just have to take some measurements and cut it to length.  :headscratch:

So since I'm running a double shackle set up & havn't seen anyone do this, I installed some (DELRUN) in between the frame rail and shackle to dampen the sound and the pressure when the second shackle cycles up and down...

I used Delrun because its a little softer then nylon but harder then UHMW cause UHMW is to soft...
